We make a point of only stocking quality products and each product is inspected thoroughly prior to shipping. In the rare instance that a product arrives faulty, please contact us as at your earliest convenience and we will organise a replacement item immediately at no additional expense to you. 

A selection of our products are backed by generous extended warranty periods. Please refer to each individual product description for full details. If a problem arises during the warranty period simply contact us and the product will be replaced at no additional expense to you. 


To enable us to honour our 100% satisfaction money-back policy, we ask that contact be made within 48 hours of your products arrival. In addition, products must be returned to us in a new, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. The cost of delivery and return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable postage method for all returns/exchanges to ensure their safe delivery back to us. Discounted sale stock is excluded from this policy. Understandably, our swim nappies also can not be refunded once they have been tried on your little one for hygiene reasons.

RETURNS:   If for any reason you wish to return your order once it arrives, a full refund of the purchase price will be given, no questions asked. Refunds will be given in the same way that payment was initially received and will be processed within 48 hours of the returned item arriving back at our store. 

EXCHANGES:   Wish to swap your purchase for something a little different? No problem. Simply contact us to arrange a swap. We will place your preferred item on hold until your returned item arrives back at our store and will be posted out within 24 hours of it's arrival. An invoice will be sent for the additional postage costs associated with the delivery of your preferred item.
